Practice Resource Management, Inc., values the trust placed in it by its Reimbursement Plus®, LCD Plus®, CCI Plus®, and CLIA Plus® subscribers (herein referred to as Reimbursement Plus), and wishes to ensure that you are fully aware of the manner in which we may collect and use data arising from your use of your Reimbursement Plus subscription. Because the consulting and software development work we provide to you and other physicians and healthcare providers requires the use of current, accurate information, we use all available technologies, including cookies and clickstream analysis software, to collect and store information about how you use the Reimbursement Plus software and its host site. We reserve the right to correlate all such information to the information you provided to us during your registration for your subscription. However, in no event will any credit card information be disclosed for any purpose other than for your authorized charges to your account for subscription rights. Practice Resource Management intends to use the information it gathers primarily for compiling and analyzing general statistical data useful for its customers and for improvement of the Reimbursement Plus service. However, we reserve the right to use customer-specific and site-specific information for marketing purposes. You may, at any time, notify us that you wish to terminate your subscription and have all customer-specific and site-specific information removed from our system except information required for internal administrative purposes.
